- Shipping & Delivery
- At this time, Adornment Shopsite ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Adornment Shopsite ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders (non-custom) will ship within 2-3 business days of order. - Sales Tax
- Adornment Shopsite charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for PA customers. Orders shipping to states other than PA will not be charged sales tax.
- Return Policy
- You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Adornment Shopsite reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. WHAT IF YOU NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCT? We love our products and we think you will too. However, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another item or refund the credit card used for purchase, provided the following conditions are met: We must receive your return or exchange within fourteen (14) days after you receive it. You must send your item by prepaid, insured, traceable mail for your protection. UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers offer this service. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Returns or exchanges must be unused with all tags attached. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing invoice. HOW RETURNS ARE PROCESSED: If you are returning an item, we will issue a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged.
